Hello all, my name is Allen Wayne Olsen. I am in my last semester here at UHCL and
will graduating in August with a MBA. I
have a BS in Finance that I received here at UHCL in 08’. Within the next 5 years, I plan on enrolling
at another university to obtain my PhD.
Eventually, I would like to be a college professor here in Houston.
I work for a software company in the Clear Lake area,
Cimarron Software Services, as a Financial Analyst. I have been here since early 2009 and have
really enjoyed my first “real” job in the professional world. As well as working full-time and going to
school, I also have a beautiful wife, going on 6 years of marriage, and I have
two wonderful kids. My son is almost 5 and
my little girl just turned one in may.
I am a member of numerous forums, whether they are sports,
cars or Facebook, but I have never actually blogged before. I am excited about the opportunity that Dr. V
has given us with this blog to be able to express ourselves and the possibility
that anyone in the world may read our thoughts on business subjects.
I look forward to working with my group as we head towards
the finish line and I look forward to utilizing this blog to read and post
ideas.
