Hello everybody. I'm Ehric. I am a finance major, and this is my last semester before graduation. I am looking forward to getting a job in the business world, but am finding out that, without experience, jobs are very hard to get! However I plan to keep on trying!
I have spent my college years working as a "paint guy" for the Sherwin Williams Company in order to pay for school. I can pretty much tell you anything you want to know about paint. Unfortunately, my experience in retail paint sales does not count as experience in the financial world!
I have a 5 year old daughter who is my world. She is one of the reasons that I pursued my degree. I want to give her a bright future with every possible advantage.
Having classes at UHCL has been great! I am looking forward to a challenging and interesting semester and getting to know some of you through these blogs.
Hey Ehric, I totally get where your coming from with the whole experience thing. I'm on the same boat! Good luck with getting a job in the finance world!!
